A two day (16 hour) interactive course designed for law enforcement officers and prosecutors. During this course participants will receive training on how individuals think and learn, how to testify under direct and cross examination, theme development for prosecutors and how to build successful cases.
Impaired driving investigations require that officers display not only strong technical capabilities but interpersonal skills. This course teaches officers on how to interact effectively with the public during roadside interviews.
Courses such as “Don’t Fear the Darkside” improve communication skills of officers and prosecutors in order to serve their community more effectively during investigations and in the courtroom.
This course will include practical application scenarios where participants will be evaluated by instructors.
